A new challenge!
2015 has seen one of the most significant changes in education with the introduction of a new National Curriculum. This curriculum is more challenging than the previous curriculum so it is crucial that parents have a full understanding of how the curriculum is structured and importantly how they can help to support their child's learning at home.

This content has been designed to help you get the most from the involvement you can have with your child's learning at home. It offers practical advice and suggestions to make this involvement as meaningful and interesting as possible because as a school, we recognise that parents are a child's first and enduring teachers. Parents play a crucial role in helping their children learn and we believe that children achieve more when schools and parents work together and when parents understand how they can help.

We hope that you find the content informative and useful.
