| Pen Portrait | A senior marketeer with particular experience in strategy and change within financial services. I have a passion for building high performing teams both professionally and in a sporting environment. I have 2 children at Gotherington and am a Co-opted Governor. I hope to support and encourage a fantastic learning environment for our children where everyone can reach their potential and pupils enjoy their time at school. |

| Pen Portrait | Following thirteen years in the IT industry leading a large team of technical staff developing software for the retail industry, I retrained as a teacher. Within seven years I had the privilege of becoming the headteacher of a medium sized rural Church of England Primary School. Having stepped away from direct school leadership, I am currently the Operating Officer for a Multi-Academy Trust in Redditch supporting its schools and their headteachers. I hope to share my experiences and skills with Gotherington so as to challenge and support in equal measures; ensuring all its pupils flourish and that its wider school family and community are proud of the school. |
